Teamleiter (w/m/d) Lagerlogistik

Als Teamleiter haben Sie bei uns die Möglichkeit, gleich zwei Standorte kennenzulernen. Zu Beginn sind Sie an unserem Standort in Meerane für den Ausbau Ihres Teams verantwortlich. Anschließend (voraussichtlich ab Oktober 2021) erwarten Sie in Hörselgau zwei spannende Kundenprojekte aus dem Bereich Onlinehandel, denen Sie im Alltag bestimmt schon begegnet sind.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

In Ihrem Kundenbereich sind Sie für reibungslose Abläufe verantwortlich – vom Wareneingang über Kommissionierung bis hin zur Retoure.
Sie packen im operativen Tagesgeschäft selbst mit an und stehen Ihrem Team fachlich zur Seite.
Bei Bedarf passen Sie den Personaleinsatz und die Betriebsmittel an und sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Servicequalität mit unseren Kunden.
Dabei verlieren Sie nicht den Überblick über die Tageskennzahlen und lenken die Produktivität in die richtigen Bahnen.
Ihre Mitarbeiter liegen Ihnen am Herzen - In Abstimmung mit der Schichtleitung entwickeln Sie Ihr Team weiter und geben Feedback, das Ihre Mitarbeiter wirklich voranbringt.

Im besten Fall konnten Sie sich bereits erste Führungserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik und im Aufbau eines neuen Kundenprojekts aneignen.
Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von kooperativer Zusammenarbeit – Sie kommunizieren stets auf Augenhöhe und motivieren Ihre Kollegen.
Sie sind ehrgeizig, wenn es um kennzahlenbasierte Leitung des Tagesgeschäfts geht.
Auf Ihre Flexibilität in der Früh- und Spätschicht können wir jederzeit zählen.
Außerdem bringen Sie gute Deutsch- und Polnischkenntnisse mit.
