Werden Sie Teil unseren Teams am Standort Hilden, wenn Sie Spaß am Vertrieb und Zahlen haben. Ín dieser Position sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit uns für einen erfolgreichen Vertrieb, indem Sie unterschiedliche Prozesse und Vertriebswege in der Luft- sowie Seefracht gestalten und optimieren. Dabei behalten Sie stets die Vertriebsstrategie im Hinterkopf und prägen diese durch verschiedenste Analysen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie erstellen Profitabilitäts- und Absatzanalysen sowie bereiten Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsinformationen auf.
  • Insbesondere sind Sie für die Schwachstellenanalyse bzw. Optimierung der Sales Prozesse zuständig.
  • Darüber hinaus erarbeiten sie Kennzahlensysteme und entwickeln diese selbstständig weiter.
  • Sie wirken bei der Budgetplanung mit und gleichen diese mit der tatsächlichen Entwicklung ab.
  • Bei der Definition von KPI für den Vertrieb sowie bei der Zielerreichungsanalyse sind Ihre Sorgfalt und Präzision gefragt.
  • Des Weiteren bauen Sie ein Frühwarnsystem auf und führen dieses.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder ein vergleichbarer Hochschulabschluss.
  • Zusätzlich bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebs-Controlling mit.
  • In jedem Fall können Sie uns durch einen soliden Umgang mit gängigen Controlling-Tools und mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere MS-Excel, überzeugen.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen ERP-Systemen, zum Beispiel SAP.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise weitere Fremdsprachen runden Ihr Profil ab.
