Produkt- und Portfoliomanager (w/m/d) Corporate IT

Als Teil der Corporate IT ist das Team Customer Relations & Portfolio Innovations eine wichtige Säule in unserem Selbstverständnis als IT-Serviceprovider für alle (de-)zentralen Einheiten der Rhenus-Gruppe. Unser Produktmanagement berät sowohl zu neuen, als auch bestehenden IT-Produkten & Services, bspw. einer gruppenweiten Kollaborations-Plattform, und begleitet die Einführung von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout. Dabei setzen wir neben einem bestmöglichen Kundenverständnis auch auf jede Menge Teamwork.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie planen, kreieren, kalkulieren und steuern neue bzw. betreuen und optimieren bestehende IT-Produkte oder nehmen diese außer Betrieb.
  • Außerdem begleiten Sie das Produkt von der ersten Idee über die Anforderungsanalyse und Planung bis hin zur Übergabe an das zuständige Fachteam.
  • Sie erarbeiten und optimieren produktbezogene Vermarktungs-informationen (u.a. Produktdarstellungen im Online-Portfolio, Artikelseiten auf der Einkaufsplattform) und veröffentlichen diese.
  • Sie pflegen Produkteigenschaften in technischen Back-End- und Front-End-Systemen und bearbeiten produktrelevante Kundenanfragen.
  • Zusätzlich erfassen und pflegen Sie Stammdaten in unserem Informationssystem.

  • Sie überzeugen uns mit Ihrer äußerst erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mit IT-Fokus.
  • In jedem Fall verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufspraxis im direkten Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie fließend in Wort und Schrift – Französischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil.
  • Zudem beeindrucken Sie uns mit Ihrem Kommunikationsgeschick und einem präzisen, gewissenhaften Arbeitsstil.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
