Sie werden Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen mit Ihrem kaufmännischen Support unsere täglichen Logistikdienstleistungen in mehreren Bereichen. Sie halten somit viele Fäden in der Hand und unterstützen unser Business wesentlich. Wir brauchen und schätzen Ihren Beitrag und Ihr Know-How, um weiterhin erfolgreich zu bleiben.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie verantworten vollumfänglich das Thema Arbeitssicherheit – konkret leiten Sie Maßnahmen ein und kontrollieren die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • In der Personaladministration kümmern Sie sich um die Pflege und Überwachung der Zeiterfassung sowie um die Erfassung der Urlaubs- und Krankentage.
  • Die Erstellung von Rechnungen in SAP, sowie die Prüfung und Rechnungsfreigabe gehören zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben.
  • In Ihrer Rolle unterstützen Sie den Niederlassungsleiter direkt durch das Erstellen von Berichten, Protokollen, Reisekostenabrechnungen und weiteren Zuarbeiten.
  • Abwechslungsreiche und spannende Sonderprojekte – zum Beispiel das Entwickeln oder Analysieren von Konzepten – runden Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Als Basis haben Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Ergänzend wissen Sie dank erster einschlägiger Berufspraxis, dass sich eine hohe Eigeninitiative und ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil auszahlen.
  • Natürlich gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office um, insbesondere in Excel macht Ihnen niemand etwas vor.
  • Weiterhin überzeugen Sie mit analytischem Weitblick, Umsetzungsstärke und Priorisierungskompetenz.
  • Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen einen klaren Kopf und sind dementsprechend anpassungsfähig.
  • Sie haben eine offene Art und sind ein Teamplayer – können sich aber auch gut durchsetzen, wenn es gilt, Projektmeilensteine einzuhalten.
