Werden Sie an unserem Logistikstandort Mitglies des Teams, in Teilzeit 08:00 bis 13:00 Uhr,  und wirken Sie aktiv daran mit, unseren Kunden jederzeit einen hervorragenden Service zu bieten.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Als echter Allrounder unterstützen Sie unser Team im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung und Disposition.
  • Auf Basis der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen erstellen Sie maßgeschneiderte Angebote und übernehmen Verantwortung im Bereich Vertragsmanagement, sowie die erforderliche Kundendatenpflege.
  • Gekonnt stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitsprozesse und gesetzlichen Vorgaben eingehalten werden.
  • Zudem überprüfen Sie unsere erbrachten Dienstleistungen und bereiten deren Fakturierung vor.

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist Ihre Basis – auch Quereinsteiger sind uns herzlich willkommen.
  • In jedem Fall setzen wir darauf, dass Sie unsere Kunden gerne persönlich betreuen und offen auf andere Menschen zugehen.
  • Zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken zählt, dass Sie Ihr Arbeitsumfeld eigenständig und punktgenau organisieren können.
  • Natürlich gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office und Warenwirtschafssystemen um.
