Werden Sie Teil eines motivierten Teams an unserem Standort in Frankfurt am Main und unterstützen uns in der Betreuung unserer längjährigen und neuen Kunden. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen möchten wir unsere Prozesse optimieren und hochgesteckte Ziele in die Tat umsetzen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie stellen das Bindeglied zwischen Rechnungswesen und Kundenbetreuung dar.
  • Im Rahmen abrechnungsrelevanter Prozesse unterstützen Sie unmittelbar die Niederlassungsleitung.
  • Als Mitarbeiter mit kaufmännischem Fokus übernehmen Sie die Betreuung unserer Kunden.
  • Sie stellen sich flexibel auf vielfältige Sachverhalte ein und wirken an abrechnungsrelevanten Sonderprojekten mit.
  • Weiterhin erstellen Sie Abfragen und Auswertungen über das Warenwirtschaftssystem.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Abrechnung, dem Rechnungswesen und/oder der Sachbearbeitung sind wünschenswert.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne analytisch und sind teamfähig.
  • Darüber hinaus zeichnen Sie sich durch sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe aus.
  • Nicht zuletzt punkten Sie mit Kommunikationsgeschick und einem klaren Serviceverständnis.
