Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Vertriebsinnendienst

Werden Sie Teil des Teams, für mindesten 20 h / Woche, an unserem Standort Denkendorf. Ihre Arbeitszeiten können Sie sich dabei flexibel einteilen. Bei uns sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und unseren anderen Abteilungen und verfolgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team das Ziel, die Qualität der administrativen Prozesse sowie der Kundenbetreuung kontinuierlich zu steigern.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie akquirieren Neukunden und beraten unsere Bestandskunden in allen anfallenden Fragen.
  • Dabei erstellen Sie überzeugende Angebote und wickeln eigenständig die entsprechenden Vertragsabschlüsse ab.
  • Unseren Außendienst unterstützen Sie durch Recherchen, das Bearbeiten von Aufträgen sowie Terminvereinbarungen.
  • Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie gekonnt das Reklamationsmanagement und prüfen Eingangsrechnungen.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabengebiet durch diverse administrative Tätigkeiten.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie zudem erste Vertriebserfahrung mit - auch Quereinsteiger sind uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Außerdem haben Sie Spaß am Kundenkontakt via Telefon, bei dem Sie mit ausgeprägtem Argumentationsgeschick überzeugen.
  • Freunde beschreiben Sie als begeisterungsfähigen motivierten und engagierten Teamplayer.
