Junior Professional Programm (w/m/d) Road Freight

In unserem 24-monatigen Junior-Professional-Programm lernen Sie die vielfältige Welt der Rhenus Freight Logistics Road in Deutschland kennen. Dabei sind Sie jeweils 6 Monate an unterschiedlichen Standorten eingesetzt, an denen Sie direkt in spannende Projekte eingebunden werden und in Rekordzeit Verantwortung übernehmen. Hierdurch bereiten wir Sie umfassend auf Ihre Fach- oder Führungskarriere vor. Natürlich unterstützen wir auch Ihre persönliche Entwicklung: regelmäßige Feedbackgespräch, Mentoring und Trainings sind fest in unserem Programm verankert.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Freuen Sie sich auf spannende und abwechslungsreiche Projekte, etwa zur Prozessoptimierung, Integration eines Standortes oder ein operatives Projekt, wie z.B. die Optimierung des Nahverkehrs.
Ferner sind Sie im operativen Geschäft gefragt: Sie erarbeiten Kundenkonzepte, analysieren Kennzahlen und leiten passgenaue Maßnahmen ab.
Außerdem bieten wir Ihnen die Chance, an der Seite unserer Geschäftsleitung erste Führungserfahrung zu sammeln.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (w/m/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und können somit auf erste Praxiserfahrung im speditionellen Umfeld zurückgreifen.
Zudem sind Sie Verkehrsfachwirt (w/m/d) oder haben Ihr Bachelorstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik.
Sie überzeugen mit Ihren starken analytischen Fähigkeiten, prozessorientiertem Denken und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
Lust auf Verantwortung zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke, eine hohe Mobilität und Reisebereitschaft.
