IT Support Spezialist (w/m/d)

Als Teil der Corporate IT bildet unser Service Desk, als erster Ansprechpartner für IT-Kollegen und Endanwender, einen wichtigen Baustein innerhalb der Organisation. Unser Anspruch ist es, auftretende Fehler und Störungen schnellstmöglich zu beheben und für Anfragen unserer Anwender eine passgenaue Lösung zu finden. Dabei setzen wir auf ITIL Best Practices und natürlich jede Menge Teamwork.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bearbeitest Service- sowie Supportanfragen von IT-Kollegen und Endanwendern, findest selbst entsprechende Lösungen oder wendest Dich dazu an den richtigen Ansprechpartner.
  • Zudem bist Du in puncto Timing und Kommunikation an der passgenauen Lösung von Störfällen in IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen beteiligt.
  • Auf Deiner Agenda stehen ebenfalls Fehleranalysen, das Erarbeiten von wirkungsvollen Lösungsstrategien sowie Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung.
  • Darüber hinaus berätst Du Deine Kollegen hinsichtlich der Nutzung unserer standardisierten Change-Prozesse.
  • Mit der Dokumentation Deiner Arbeit im Service Desk unterstützt Du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Knowledge Base.
  • Außerdem bringst Du Dein Know-how und Deine Erfahrung im Tagesgeschäft und während der Bereitschaft ein und agierst im Störungsfall als direkter Ansprechpartner unserer Service Provider.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deinen fachbezogenen Hochschulabschluss oder Deine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich kombinierst Du mit fundierter Berufserfahrung.
  • Darüber hinaus kennst Du Dich sehr gut mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen aus – ITIL Best Practices bilden die Grundlage Deiner Arbeit.
  • Mit den Themen ADS, Netzwerke, Server, Datenbanken, Virtualisierung, MS Office, Client Hardware, Peripherie, Mobile Devices bist Du ebenfalls bestens vertraut.
  • Englisch beherrschst Du sicher auf dem Level CEFR-B2 oder besser – weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Außerdem können wir uns zu 100 % auf Dein Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein verlassen.
