Sie werden Teil unseres Teams zur Planung und Realisierung unserer Logistikdienstleistung. Dabei legen Sie die Abläufe fest und berücksichtigen die Bedürfnisse des Kunden sowie die Vorgaben des Unternehmens. Sie halten somit die Fäden in der Hand und steuern unser Tagesgeschäft.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Sie planen unsere täglichen Touren für die Endkundenbelieferung unter Beachtung von wirtschaftlichen Aspekten und gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
Dabei sind Sie kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, Kraftfahrer und Subunternehmer.
Außerdem verantworten Sie die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren sowie die Durchführung von Fahrzeug- und Fahrerkontrollen.
Mit Ihrem geschulten Blick stellen Sie sicher, dass alle internen Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitsprozesse und gesetzlichen Vorgaben konsequent eingehalten werden.
Nicht zuletzt sind Sie für die Rechnungskontrolle und -freigabe sowie weitere administrative Tätigkeiten zuständig.

Das bringen Sie mit

Als Basis haben Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise zur/zum Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen.
Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Disposition ist wünschenswert – aber auch als motivierter Quereinsteiger sind Sie bei uns richtig.
Neben dem sicheren Umgang mit MS Office zeichnen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse aus. Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
Ferner punkten Sie mit einer hohen Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie gute geografische und regionale Kenntnisse.
Als belastbarer Teamplayer sind Sie bereit, im vorab abgestimmten Schichtdienst sowie an ausgewählten Samstagen zu arbeiten.
