Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Büromanagement

Komme mit an Bord und durchlaufe während deiner Ausbildung verschiedene Abteilungen, um ein breites Spektrum an Erfahrungen zu sammeln und dich bestmöglich einzubringen. Dabei wirst du alle 6 Monate in unterschiedlichen Bereichen eingesetzt, an denen du direkt in spannende Projekte eingebunden wirst. Natürlich unterstützen wir auch deine persönliche Entwicklung: regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und Trainings sind fest in unserem Programm verankert.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Planen, Organisieren, Koordinieren – ab jetzt sorgst du dafür, dass im Büro alle Prozesse in den richtigen Bahnen verlaufen.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team findest du als Kommunikationsschnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für jede Frage die passende Lösung.
  • Zusätzlich machen wir dich fit in puncto Meetings und Rechnungsstellung – und wir setzen auf überzeugende Präsentationen aus deiner Feder.
  • Lust auf Extra-Know-how in Controlling, Marketing, Versicherung, Personal? Bei uns darfst du gerne in weitere Fachabteilungen reinschnuppern.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Die mittlere Reife oder Fachhochschulreife hast du schon in der Tasche – jetzt bist du sicher gespannt auf neuen Input.
  • Du jonglierst gerne mit Zahlen und auch in Sachen Rechtschreibung bzw. Grammatik macht dir niemand etwas vor.
  • MS Office beherrschst du im Schlaf und du gehst jederzeit gut organisiert zu Werke.
  • Wenn außerdem Entdeckergeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein auf deiner Visitenkarte stehen, ist das hier deine Chance.
