Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie managen das Sekretariat unserer Geschäftsführung und unterstützen dadurch die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation.
  • In Ihren umfangreichen Aufgabenbereich fallen zum Beispiel die Planung, Koordination und Organisation von Terminen, die Sie eigenständig vorbereiten und verlässlich nachverfolgen.
  • Weiterhin planen und organisieren Sie nationale und internationale Reisen, die Sie im Nachgang gemäß unserer Reisekostenrichtline abrechnen.
  • Die Korrespondenz mit unseren Kollegen, Kunden und Partnern führen Sie eigenständig und souverän, auch in englischer Sprache.
  • Zudem übernehmen Sie vertrauliche Projekte und unterstützen unsere Geschäftsführung in der Aufbereitung von Statistiken und Reports.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im speditionellen Umfeld, erfolgreich abgeschlossen und blicken auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsfeld zurück.
  • Die gängigen Office Systeme und auch die englische Sprache beherrschen Sie sicher in Wort und in Schrift.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Souveränität und einem sicheren Auftreten aus.
  • Zu guter Letzt haben Sie ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsgeschick.
