Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Sie führen ein Team und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführung, dem Projektmanagement sowie den Mitarbeitern.
Gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanagement planen und kontrollieren Sie die personellen, zeitlichen und materiellen Ressourcen zur Umsetzung von Scan- und Digitalisierungsaufträgen.
Sie planen und koordinieren sämtliche Projekte der Digitalisierungsabteilung sowie haben stets den Überblick über den Projektfortschritt.
Im Rahmen dessen stimmen Sie sich bei Bedarf auch direkt mit dem Kunden zu Projektinhalten und –anforderungen von Digitalisierungsaufträgen ab.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wertschöpfung der einzelnen Projekte.

Das bringen Sie mit

Ihre Grundlage bildet eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium sowie ein grundlegendes Technikverständnis und eine Affinität zu IT- und Digitalisierungsthemen.
Sie haben Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, die Sie in der Praxis geübt anwenden können.
Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, Sie sind multitaskingfähig und können sich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten.
Außerdem Sind Sie kommunikationsstark und können auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären.
Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch gute Englischkenntnisse (Sprachniveau B1) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel).
