Job Description
What you can expect
- Du führst ein Team von ca. 5 Personen und verantwortest das operative Tagesgeschäft unserer Offshorelogistik.
- In Deiner Rolle planst und koordinierst Du Schiffseinsätze, Helikopterflüge sowie ergänzende Aufgaben wie Containerhandling, Hafenumschlag und Dokumentation. Zudem übernimmst Du das Chartern von Versorgungsfahrzeugen, einschließlich der Vertragsausarbeitung und Fahrtenplanung.
- Die Durchführung von Crew Change-Aktivitäten sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Prozessvorgaben liegen in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die lückenlose Zoll- und Gefahrgutabwicklung, inklusive der Erstellung aller erforderlichen Ladungsdokumente.
- Als direkte/r Ansprechpartner/in der Geschäftsführung gewährleistest Du eine effiziente Umsetzung der operativen Prozesse und Sicherheitsvorgaben.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Offshore-Wind-Bereich, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Gefahrgutabwicklung.
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung als Ladungs-/Zertifizierungsbeauftragte*r (LZB) und für Gefahrgut zu übernehmen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und kommunizierst fließend auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Deine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombinierst Du mit Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Zudem überzeugst Du mit einem klaren Kundenfokus und kaufmännischem Scharfsinn.
