- Streamline IT requirements for customers

- Ability to interpret datasets and identify trends.
- Understanding of KPIs and business metrics. Strong commercial knowledge
- Turning raw data into clear narratives that support decision‑making.
- Highly self-motivated & able to work independently.
- Ability to translate technical information into business language (and vice versa).
- Documentation skills (process documentation, workflow diagrams).
- Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
