Job Description
What you can expect
- Creating engaging multimedia, motion graphics, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
- Translating marketing, business, or campaign objectives into scripts, storyboards, and clear visual execution plans.
- Owning the entire production cycle; pre-production, on-site filming, directing, lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
- Producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, customer stories, product-centric, internal initiatives, training, and leadership communications.
- Enhancing footage through color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual transitions to strengthen storytelling.
- Managing technical and creative aspects of filming, including camera operation, lighting arrangements, ambient staging, and equipment upkeep.
- Acting as the Technical Lead for virtual events such as virtual townhalls and leadership livestreams by overseeing:
o Pre-production (pre-recording, visual design, motion elements, VTR creation)
o Recording and editing of pre-session content
o Livestream setup, technical configuration, and live show flow execution
- Organizing and maintaining video and multimedia asset libraries with efficient workflows and structure.
- Collaborating with regional marketing teams, business unit stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality content and support on-site production needs.
What you bring
- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in multimedia creation, videography, and motion design with end-to-end ownership of production projects.
- Good command of English. Proficiency in an additional European or regional language is an advantage.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other essential video/motion tools.
- Strong technical skills in operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, with hands-on experience filming in different environments.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles, with experience creating content for various platforms and audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for on-site productions, sometimes for extended periods, depending on project requirements.
- High creativity, strong visual sense, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in multicultural, managing several projects simultaneously, and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Drone operation experience is an advantage.
