What you can expect
Bei uns übernimmst du die operative und strategische Leitung des gesamten Logistikbereichs – vom Wareneingang über das Lager bis zum Versand.
Als Führungskraft entwickelst du dein Team weiter und förderst eine motivierende und leistungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
Mit einem Blick fürs Ganze analysierst und optimierst du Prozesse entlang der Lieferkette.
Du sorgst dafür, dass Lagerbestände effizient gesteuert und Kunden termingerecht beliefert werden.
Dabei verlierst du unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards nie aus dem Blick.
Zudem koordinierst du externe Dienstleister und stellst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicher.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Logistik, z. B. als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche – idealerweise mit Einblick in Lagerverwaltung, Transportkoordination oder Supply Chain Management – zeichnet dich aus.
Dank deiner fundierten Kenntnisse in der Lager- und Transportlogistik sowie im Umgang mit Logistiksoftwares arbeitest du sicher und praxisnah.
Du organisierst vorausschauend, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch bei komplexen Abläufen den Überblick.
Mit deinem technischen Verständnis und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung bringst du neue Impulse in unser Logistikteam.
Du bist flexibel, belastbar und kannst sowohl im Team als auch mit externen Partnern klar und lösungsorientiert kommunizieren.

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
