Job Description
What you can expect
You will be contributing to that vision by…
- Working with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to identify a target audience’s training needs
- Determine instructional and learner goals+objectives, in addition to outlining a learning solution which aligns with these
- Create and modify compelling, engaging, and interactive training content for a global workforce (in English) while being sensitive to cultural nuances
- Ensure that existing learning projects meet current instructional design + learning experience design standards, AND, that these projects align with the goals of the business
What you bring
What skills & experience you will bring to us
- Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including implementation of large e-learning projects, is a must; 3+ years’ experience is preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage
- Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360; skills in Adobe Creative Cloud is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must
What are some key figures for the role
- Ideal starting date is August 26th, 2024
- You will receive a permanent full-time contract with a strict 40-hour hybrid work setup and follow a standard day shift (9am to 6pm)
- You will join us in our office in Quezon Avenue (near EDSA), Quezon City, Philippines
- You will have 15 vacation and 15 sick leaves per year, plus HMO coverage at up to ₱210,000 (all made available upon regularization)
- You will join a team of skilled learning designers who are focused and passionate about crafting impactful multimedia learning experiences.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
