Job Description

What you can expect

  • Subject Matter Expertise on Workday or SAP Core HCM and Reporting, with additional hands-on skills in Security, Recruiting and Absence
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize HR data systems including Workday. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Local HR teams to streamline processes and ensure data consistency and data quality.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Advanced Excel or Power BI to present workforce trends, and other HR data.
  • Project Management & Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like MS Planner, Jira and Confluence to manage projects. Assist in the development and management of HR analytics projects, and improving HR processes.
  • Change Management & User Training: Support change management initiatives and process improvements related to Workday. Conduct user training and offer ongoing support for Workday and new features. Drive change adoption by facilitating smooth transitions and system/process updates.
  • Data Visualization & Insights: Create visually compelling data reports and presentations to communicate complex data insights. Partner with HR , Finance and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for talent management, performance analysis, and cost efficiency.

What you bring

  • Possesses approximately 1 year of experience in operational Human Resources and 2 years of experience as a Workday Specialist, totaling 3 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • Led at least a couple of Workday / SAP HR Optimization projects, including the implementation of new modules and features
  • Attended Workday or SAP training in Core HCM and Reporting
  • Involved or understands implementation of Workday Security, Recruiting or Absence or Reporting
  • Worked in a global HRIS team, where they supported the HRIS Manager in designing and delivering the Workday roadmap, leading enhancement projects and ensuring efficient system maintenance
  • HRIS Tools: Experience with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors is required.
  • HRIS Platforms: Experience with Workday, SAP Success Factors or similar platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Hands on knowledge of  Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Excel Power Tools would be an added advantage.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Jira, MS Project etc
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or International Business or Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
