What you can expect
- In Deiner Rolle als Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) betreust Du nicht nur unsere Bestandskunden im Bereich Air & Ocean, sondern setzt gezielt Impulse für eine nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit.
- Du erkennst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, bewertest diese und entwickelst daraus vielversprechende Leads im B2B-Umfeld.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und unseren operativen Teams sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Kundenbetreuung.
- Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, kalkulierst wettbewerbsfähige Preise und behältst deren Nachverfolgung stets im Blick.
- Mithilfe unseres CRM-Systems steuerst Du Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten strategisch und gestaltest Kampagnen sowie Projekte aktiv mit.
What you bring
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition oder Logistikdienstleistung – bildet die Basis für Deinen Einstieg bei uns.
- Zusätzlich verfügst Du über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Logistik – insbesondere in der Luft- und Seefracht.
- Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und echter Freude am Kundenkontakt.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, priorisierst sicher und eignest Dir neue Informationen, Tools und Prozesse schnell an.
- Teamarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich – Du bringst Dich mit einer positiven, kollegialen Haltung aktiv ein.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
