Job Description
What you can expect
- Drive global ocean freight product initiatives from strategy to execution
- Lead cross-functional product development including business processes, wireframes, and validation
- Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Establish SOPs, policies, and global standards in collaboration with relevant teams
- Develop KPIs and performance reporting (e.g., in Qlik Sense) to improve data quality and transparency
- Conduct user research, manage internal/external feedback, and lead A/B testing and pilot programs
- Align with rollout teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Guide and support team members, fostering effective collaboration and resolving blockers
- Continuously improve products based on user insights and business needs
What you bring
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented personality
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working internationally and with cross-functional teams
- 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Background in project management (Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)
- PMP or CSM certification (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Recruitment Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
