What you can expect
• Sie führen MAG- und Elektrohandschweißarbeiten an Schienenfahrzeugen durch.
• Außerdem werden Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten von Güterwagen, sowohl mobil als auch stationär, auf Sie zukommen.
• Kleinere Schlossertätigkeiten sind in der Instandhaltung an Güterwagen vorgesehen.
• Ihre durchgeführten Tätigkeiten schreiben Sie in eine fachgerechte Dokumentation um.
What you bring
Das bringen Sie mit
• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schweißer oder eine vergleichbare Schweißer-Qualifizierung bzw. gültige Schweißzeugnisse mit der Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B.
• Im Bereich Handschweißverfahren MAG/E weisen Sie einschlägige Berufserfahrung auf, vorzugsweise an Güterwagen.
• Ein gewisses Maß an Grundlagen von Schlossertätigkeiten ist vorhanden.
• Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und strukturiert mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit.

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
