Job Description
What you can expect
In sintesi, ti occuperai di:
- Ricevere e verificare le istruzioni di spedizione da clienti, fornitori o agenti all’origine
- Controllare gli Incoterms, i preventivi e prenotare le spedizioni con la compagnia marittima più adatta
- Gestire e revisionare tutta la documentazione pertinente (fatture di spedizione, documentazione doganale)
- Aprire e aggiornare i file nel sistema gestionale interno per garantire la piena tracciabilità delle spedizioni
- Coordinare lo sdoganamento con il reparto dedicato e organizzare la consegna finale al cliente
- Monitorare lo stato delle spedizioni, segnalare eventuali problematiche e gestire costi aggiuntivi
- Agire come referente principale per i clienti assegnati, ognuno con esigenze e accordi specifici
What you bring
- Hai conseguito una laurea o diploma
- Hai 2-3 anni di esperienza nel settore spedizioniero, in particolare nelle operazioni import via mare
- Sai bilanciare le attività operative quotidiane con le esigenze strategiche del business
- Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese, sia scritte che orali
- Gestisci bene la pressione e sai lavorare con scadenze ravvicinate
- Sei orientato al cliente e sai trasformare le sue esigenze in soluzioni affidabili
- Disponibilità di un mezzo di trasporto proprio per raggiungere la sede di lavoro

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
