What you can expect
GENEL NİTELİKLER:
- Üniversitelerin Lojistik ve diğer ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,Tercihen ilgili alanda yüksek lisans mezuniyeti,
- Karayolu ithalat operasyonları konusunda en az 5 yıl sektör deneyimi olan,
- Yazılı ve sözlü ileri derecede İngilizce bilgisi olan,
- MS Office uygulamalarına hakim,
- Takım çalışmasına ve yoğun iş temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek,
- Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerisinde, ilişki yönetiminde etkili ve başarılı
- Analitik düşünme ve hızlı karar verme yeteneğine sahip,
- Müşteri yönetimi, süreç iyileştirme ve sorumluluk alma süreçlerinde deneyim sahibi,
- Araç planlama, rota optimizasyonu gibi konularda yetkinlik sahibi,
- Disiplinli, takipçi, planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevi tamamlanmış,
What you bring
İŞ TANIMI
- Tüm karayolu ithalat yüklemelerinin operasyonel ve dokümantasyon süreçlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, yükleme planının oluşturulması,
- Uluslararası taşımacılık Kara Operasyon departmanında, ithalat operasyon görevlerinde aktif rol alınması,
- Karayolu ile gelen parsiyel (LTL) ve komple (FTL) ithalat yüklemelerini planlanması ve takip edilmesi,
- Araç giriş/çıkış planlarını yapmak, termin sürelerinin takip edilmesi,
- Yük takibi ve araç yükleme organizasyonunun yapılması,
- Müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak ve oluşabilecek müşteri şikayetlerinin öncesinde çözüme kavuşturulması,
- Mevcut operasyon süreçlerini analiz ederek verimlilik artırıcı önerilerde bulunulması,
- Yurt içi ve yurtdışı müşterilerle iletişim halinde olarak yükleme rezervasyonlarının kabul ederek, sistem entegrasyonunun yapılması,
- Gerekli durumlarda karayolu ithalat süreçleri hakkında satış ekibinin yönlendirilmesi,
- Taşıma faaliyetleri çerçevesinde müşteri, gümrük müşavirliği, tedarikçi, yurtdışı, yurtiçi acente ile iletişiminin yürütülmesi,
- Tedarikçilerle satın alma yapmak, organizasyon süreçlerinin yönetilmesi.
- Gerekli durumlarda ekip içi çalışanlara mentorluk yapılması,
